What I Wore Wednesday

Happy Wednesday, my friends!

The air is so much cooler (it was 36 F. this morning!!!) and we are counting down the sleeps to autumn's official start date. I adore this time of year! I'm linking up with Lindsey at The Pleated Poppy for What I Wore Wednesday, so be sure to click over for so much wardrobe inspiration from her and all the other lovely ladies.

Top - JC Penney (old)
Jeans - Kohl's (Lauren Conrad)
Flats - Payless
Earrings - TJ Maxx
Sunnies - TJ Maxx

Same outfit, but I dressed it up a little for church with these red heels from TJ Maxx.

80's Day

Some of the students in Emma's high school co-op thought it would be fun to have an 80's day this week. Here are the photos of Emma's dress-up day:

I made sure she knew about wearing two different earrings! And don't you love the eye shadow?! Some of the other girls wore huge black glasses frames, which I still don't get, or maybe my memory is failing. They were cute, though. Fun times!

Blessings!

The Littlest One

Our little ray of sunshine turned four today! It was a very rainy day, but we did manage a hike with friends, which was a fun way to celebrate!

All she wanted was a princess dress...

These two shots were taken by the birthday girl herself:

Thank you, Father, for giving us this precious girl who brings so much joy and sunshine to our lives!

Trick or Treat!

In case you're wondering, we had a Jedi knight, a nurse/doctor/medical person, a Clone commander, and two little princesses!

The Princess and the Super-Freak

I love watching my children play and use their imaginations...some more so than others! LOL! They were having so much fun in costume this week that I decided to take a picture to document it.

Maya is always a princess, although at times there may be a variation on the generic princess (cowgirl princess, jedi princess, dino princess...).

But with Ben, you never know! And, by the way, he was the one who came up with his dress-up name!

His creativity and drama never cease to amaze me.

Blessings!
