Aban Day!

Friday was a sweet day! We had been invited by our beautiful friend Aban (or Bon as Maya calls her) to visit her at her new apartment. We were thrilled because it had been several months since we had seen her. She became very dear to us when she was a student at McMaster and we love that she is still living close to us!

She made a delicious meal for us and we were able to sit and relax in her great apartment that has an incredible view. We loved catching up and talking about things of the Kingdom. She also took us on a lovely walk through the trails near her place and then for a special gelato treat.

Father, thank you for Aban and how you are at work in her precious life. Thank you for the sisterhood I share with her and the light she is to everyone around her. What a joy it was to be in the home You have blessed her with and to have conversations of You. Thank you for the way you are drawing her closer to Yourself. Please be with her as she shares the freedom and life she has found in You with the students in her life. And thank you for blessing me and my family so much through her.
