Today

Today was an absolutely gorgeous, autumn day! Since Bob has been on crutches, he hasn't gotten out much in the last 10 days and we decided it would be a crime not to get out today! So we packed everyone up and headed to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake to take in the fall colours, the amazing falls and the beautiful vineyards.

Tonight we had our church family here for supper and worshipping together. It is always great to see whoever the Father brings to our home and good to catch up and be together. We had a beautiful time of worship tonight, and I learned this new (to me) song, thanks to our friend, Danny! I may be singing it all night long!!!

Wedding/Birthday Weekend

Last weekend we had two celebrations. Emma officially turned 14 (with a fun lunch out), and we celebrated the marriage of our friends, Sam and Vince! Ava had fun taking the role of flower girl and Bob had the privilege of officiating for them. We also had the opportunity to stay in a hotel for two nights, which included swimming in the hotel pool and a pizza party in the room one of the nights!

Sam and Vince, we are so happy that we were able to celebrate your wedding with you. Thank you for having Ava as your flower girl. She had a wonderful time! May the Lord bless you in beautiful ways as you set up your home and begin your life together. Love you guys!
