Texas for Christmas

I have so much to catch up on from the past ten days! We have been busy, busy, but our time in Texas has been great. We have seen family and so many friends and it has been a fun trip. I wanted to get some of the pictures on here tonight because there will be many more to come.

We started out our trip on a very cold, blizzard-like day. Here is some of the crew at the Buffalo airport...
Snow, snow and more snow...

Yay for Texas and Gammy and no blizzards!
Is this what you picture when you think of Texas?
The kids were so excited to see Papa and spend some time with him...
And on the list of Texas must-haves...Mexican food...YUM!
A gorgeous Texas sunset...
We made visit to Houston to see Bob's parents the first weekend. Here are the little girls getting acquainted with the pinball machine...
Joe with Byron...
Bob's friend Russell brought his family over so we could meet his children... (And if you are ever in Houston and want a fabulous meal, please go to Masraff's! It's Russell's restaurant and it is a place you do NOT want to miss.)

Bob's sister Holly and her family were able to come from Kansas. It was so great to see them! There was a lot of cousin bonding going on...

All eight of Joe and Jacque's grandchildren together at last...

More bonding time at the Houston Zoo!

And then we were able to go to see our dear and wonderful friends, Roger and Bev. We met them whenever we lived in Venezuela twelve years ago. I had not seen them in seven years...way too long!

Roger and Bev's middle son Taren and his family were also visiting. They have just moved to Toronto and we are excited about getting to see them more often now!

That's it for now!

Blessings in Jesus!
