You have some lovely dinners planned! We're also having wraps of some sort this upcoming week, and something with black beans, but I'm not sure what. Yum!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, Yuliya! We love wraps. :)
DeleteI think I want to eat at your house this week! Yum!

Some great meals there. The taco soup sounds awesome. What are Asian Chicken Wraps?
ReplyDeleteTamara, you can use whatever chicken you have handy (grilled, rotisserie, etc.). I had chicken tenderloin strips that I marinated in soy sauce with a tiny bit of rice wine vinegar. I cooked the chicken in a skillet until no longer pink in the middle. In the meantime, I julienned carrots, green pepper and romaine lettuce (you could also use Napa cabbage) and set aside. I made a quick Asian sauce using hoisin sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and a little warm water. On a flour tortilla, layer chicken strips and veggies and drizzle with the sauce. Roll up and enjoy. Yum!
DeleteLove your menu! Full of variety; I should be better about making one as we often get stuck in Chicken and/ or Pasta rut!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kristina!
DeleteI love menu planning. It is such a huge help. We ended up eating taco leftovers last night since I was too tired to make our planned dinner last night.
ReplyDeleteIt is a huge help, isn't it?! Leftovers are always a great idea, too.
DeleteThat looks great-with great variety. I love making chicken pot pie -definitely a staple in our home. :-) Love meal planning to - saving so much time, energy and MONEY!
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree, Meeghan. I know I save so much money (and sanity!) with planning menus.
DeleteI am new to menu planning but I am loving it, would you share some of your recipes with me, email: terrigrothe@gmail.com

Yes, absolutely. I will email you soon. You can also click on the "menu plan" tag at the end of this post or in the sidebar to see all my menu plans, several of which include links to recipes. Are you on Pinterest?
DeleteAh, menu planning. It's my least favorite household chore. :-) Yours looks good though. I'm stopping by from BYB.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm sorry Leah. It can be hard to keep coming up with ideas, eh? I would be happy to share ideas with you, if you're interested. :)
DeleteI love menu planning! I've found that not only do I not panic each day trying to figure out what we're going to eat, but I save money because I only buy what we need. Usually I do mine on Saturday, but I was out of town at my son's soccer games all day yesterday, so I really need to do it today.
ReplyDeleteGood for you, TaMara! I agree that it makes life easier to have a plan for feeding my hungry crew.
DeleteGreat post- this came just as I was doing my grocery list for the week so now I want to include enchiladas on my menu!
ReplyDeleteYummy, and yay for perfect timing, Lauren!
