Weekly Menu Plan {2 July}


(One of my favourite salads: fresh greens and any other veggie I have on hand, plus pickled beets, dill pickles, feta, with a drizzle of balsamic or plan apple cider vinegar. Yummy!)


Monday - Snack-y supper 

Tuesday - Leek and Potato Soup, French and/or sourdough bread

Wednesday - Mexican Chicken Soup topped with cheese, sour cream and avocado

Thursday - Fourth of July meal (yet to be determined)

Friday - Smothered steak, mashed potatoes, green beans

Saturday - Baked ziti or other pasta, salad, garlic bread

Sunday - Bean and cheese burritos, chips, salsa
