I am not sure what all this week holds, as several of us (okay, six out of seven) are not feeling too swell with colds/allergies or some such nonsense. But here goes an attempt at menu planning anyway. Perseverance, right?
Monday - Turkey chili, cornbread
Tuesday - Thai Curry with Beef Brisket, rice, sautéed zucchini
Wednesday - Baked Ziti, salad, garlic bread
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Homemade Cheeseburgers, potato salad or sweet potato fries, veggie tray
Saturday - Caprese Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Sunday - Snacky-supper
In the meantime, we are declaring healing over our household and resting. Have a good week! xo

Caprese Grilled Cheese sounds great! I might have to do that for lunch tomorrow...I have a lot of tomatoes and basil I have been using up.
