Here's the plan for this week:
Monday - Simply Great Chicken, steamed rice and sautéed kale (The chicken is in the slow cooker right now and it smells so good. Thanks to Candace for sharing it on her January menu.)
Tuesday - Shrimp Tacos and Spanish Rice
Wednesday - Turkey Chili
Thursday - Spaghetti and Meatballs
Friday - Pioneer Woman's Spicy Stewed Beef with Creamy Cheddar Grits (I cannot wait to try this!)
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
We've had lots of sickness in the past week. I have a sinus infection and others are coughing and have had fever, sore throats, etc., but we are pressing on. I haven't been posting but I have lots coming soon. I pray you are healthy at your house.
